The Brief

BT employs over 150 graduates and apprentices each year. A global pandemic and a national lockdown meant that their induction was proving difficult. We were brought in to add a little excitement and fun to the induction programme.

The Solution
Delivering two themed virtual events using our live broadcast studio.

1. An Entrepreneurship Event discussing the entrepreneurial mindset and how this applies to working at a large corporate organisation like BT.
2. A group challenge event examining some of the biggest global issues and demonstrating the volatile and uncertain times we live in.
