The Brief
We were brought in to shake things up. Organisational change was desperately needed and we were given free rein on messaging, theming and content.
The Solution
We hosted a series of discovery workshops across the whole business, including the UK and Canada. Our team spoke to a broad range of employees to identify the problems associated with working within the organisation. We created content intended to send a powerful message that change was needed and that the leadership team should drive that change. We created the content, videos and animations, as well as the full event management and conference production.
