Taking a deeper look
Looking for valuable insights into your organisation’s operations? Whether it’s from your customers or employees, focus groups are a great way to gather stakeholder sentiment and gain a deeper understanding of your organisation. It’s better to act on tangible facts rather than assuming what needs to be done, and these sessions can be tailored to your specific business needs.
Discover the truth behind a situation
We believe a discovery process is important when undertaking a culture change or transformation project. It’s about understanding not just what your leaders think but your whole organisation. The mood, thoughts and ideas on the ground are vitally important to ensure successful change. Equally, it’s vital to get the voice of your customers and understand how your customers see you as a company and if there are any frustrations or anything in particular that they enjoy.
The process of listening
We gather this through focus groups, 1-1 interviews, in person, digitally or remotely. It’s often best to use a mixture of methods to ensure a variety of opinions and most importantly that everyone feels involved and their voices are heard. We do this independently so that you get genuine answers and people can be honest without fear of retribution.
Stakeholder sentiment is about finding out about the true feelings of stakeholders. We offer focus groups and discovery sessions to gather valuable feedback and insights so that you can confidently craft your response for action, change and growth.
What happens next?
The outputs from these sessions often include anything that needs to be changed or improved within an organisation but also provide an opportunity to air any concerns and worries. We encourage both in-person and virtual stakeholder sentiment sessions which allow everyone to get involved. We work with you to select certain questions or topics which encourage people to open up to the process and take a full and active role. Once a few sessions have taken place, certain themes will start to emerge however, that’s not when the sessions should stop.
The start of the change process
Stakeholder sentiment sessions offer a far-reaching opportunity, particularly for multi-national organisations in which all employees and customers can participate. We often find that when people are given the forum to speak, they will, and it’s the act of being listened to that makes them feel more valued, and their voice counts towards the company they work for.
Analysis
After we gather the data, it’s analysed and processed into key themes which helps you understand and identify the areas for growth and improvement. We can help you in your journey to implementing the changes needed to increase employee engagement and improve your company culture.
