Senior Leadership Conference

The Brief

This year’s global conference required a change of pace with a more reflective event than its predecessor. The company needed to dig a little deeper to strengthen its leadership foundation and tune into a different frequency. 

The Solution

We borrowed the line from the MTV Unplugged series, developing a themed design style that allowed delegates to step back a little and discover what can be changed, embellished, improved, or enhanced – something to help the company on its journey to a dynamic and exciting future.

 

The programme was crammed full of meaningful and thought-provoking talks from both external and internal speakers as well as breakout sessions, activities and collaboration sessions. The event was a resounding success, and the company can now have those raw and unfiltered conversations, thanks to the event giving them the time and space to plan for the future.
