🌍 Global success for Mocean
We were tasked with creating an employee engagement experience that unified 24,000 colleagues for RBS. Colleagues were in far-flung locations across the globe.
The client also wanted to generate a significant increase in interactions on their recently implemented internal social media platform.
We needed to provide a fun and memorable experience for those taking part. Mocean created a colleague challenge event for teams in Chennai, New Delhi, Warsaw, London, Manchester and Edinburgh to compete in. We created all of the employee comms and marketing content that supported the event.
The event was ground-breaking both in terms of the event concept but also in how we engaged the wider group of employees on the social platform. We achieved the second-highest-ever NPS score for the bank. We also achieved a phenomenal increase in online interactions (1800% rise).
