🔟 A Decade of Disruption
Mocean is celebrating a decade of creativity, innovation and sustainability.
In March 2024 we turned 10. Clients, colleagues, friends and family gathered at Bristol Harbourside’s Mud Dock to celebrate reaching this milestone.
Mocean, the brainchild of Managing Partner Mick Lindsay, was founded to bring adventure to corporates. In those 10 years, we have climbed mountains, up-cycled bikes, created award-winning communication campaigns, and run punk and hip-hop events.
Mocean looks very different to when it first started. However, at its core, there have always been the unwavering values of creativity and sustainability.

Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative companies and organisations. We have helped them discover their distinctive narratives and communicate them to both internal audiences and the wider world. Our goal is not simply to assist our clients in building meaningful relationships with their audiences but to build a relationship that truly makes us indispensable to them.
We consider ourselves creative daredevils, always looking to push the boundaries and shake things up. Using the art of storytelling to truly transform brands and running corporate events has been a significant part of this.
We have always been committed to minimising our impact on the environment, which is why one of our core values is ‘protect the planet’.
Our efforts have earned us sustainability awards for our business practices and corporate events, including our most recent Green Meetings award, where we achieved Gold Standard.
We are dedicated to incorporating sustainability into every aspect of our work.
In addition, we have launched SUSSED, our latest initiative, which showcases our commitment to this cause. Through this innovative approach to sustainable corporate events and, with the intention to decarbonise the events industry, we are transforming and revolutionising the world of events. We provide a tangible platform but also educate our clients about sustainable practices.
Over the last few years, our team has grown and changed significantly. We recognise that our success is not only due to our core Mocean team, but also our impressive team of freelancers and consultants whose skill set ranges from mountaineering to choreography, animation and creating truly inspiring creative campaigns. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are excited to unveil a shiny new website that showcases our progress and achievements over the past decade.
