SUSSED

With our ambition to disrupt the events industry and diversify our product offering, and with the help of web developers at Di9ital and our data expert Salman, we were able to bring SUSSED to life.

SUSSED is a ground-breaking platform that helps corporate organisations minimise their environmental impact. It does this by accurately measuring the environmental impact of corporate events. In addition, it provides a verified sustainability report for ESG (environmental, social and governance) reporting.

The problem

Corporate events are an essential part of modern business but they put increased strain on natural resources, local infrastructure and the environment. They contribute to unnecessary environmental damage often generating significant waste, excessive single-use items and lots of additional carbon.

The solution

SUSSED is a tool developed alongside our sustainable events playbook that measures all aspects of the event planning and delivery process. It was created by experienced event managers who are passionate about providing event solutions that do not harm the planet. The platform was designed to meet the real needs of the events industry, with a simple vision of significantly reducing the environmental impact of corporate events.

SUSSED collects data on the entire events planning and delivery process. We utilise this input data to create a comprehensive report on your project’s performance, while also identifying areas that require improvement. Our methodology involves gathering data from credible sources that have been validated.

The report and measurement are crucial components of SUSSED. However, we also emphasise the importance of education. Sustainability is at the core of our operations and our goal is to share knowledge with our clients so that they can make informed decisions regarding their corporate events. To achieve this goal, we added a carbon equivalent section to our report, which relates carbon usage to something tangible. In the future, we aim to provide tips on reducing carbon at your event or suggest areas for improvement.

SUSSED will go a long to decarbonising the corporate events industry and making it much more sustainable.

In March 2024 we officially launched SUSSED into the big wide world. This also happened to coincide with our 10th anniversary. With the support of clients, friends and family we had much to celebrate at Mud Dock on Bristol’s harbourside. Thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate the launch with us.
